PRO Building Control are a private building control consultant and Approved Inspector accredited and regulated by CICAIR (Construction Industry Council Approved Inspector Register). Our service involves the facilitation of obtaining building regulations approval and is the alternative to the local authority building control department. Approved Inspectors employ competent, qualified and experienced building control professionals who can help developers, designers, contractors and building owners achieve Building Regulations compliance on most constructions projects.
